A student's details, enrolments, groups, attendance and invoices on one page. Each guardian is linked to their children and signs in with their own account to follow them.
Attendance recorded in seconds
A teacher opens the session and marks the whole group from a phone or a computer. Rates are calculated per student and per group, and an absence reaches the guardian as a notification.
Exams and progress reports
Enter marks once and issue a periodic progress report for each student, which the guardian reads from their own account. No paper, no scattered messages.
Invoices, payments and statements

Install it on your server
A Linux server with Docker, a domain, and a step-by-step installation guide. On first sign-in the setup wizard prepares your institute and the owner account.
Bring your institute in
Courses, groups, staff, students and their guardians, from the dashboard or in bulk through the REST API.

Timetable, attendance, exams, invoices and alerts. Every member of staff signs in with their own account and sees what their permissions allow.

Institflow is not hosted by us. It is installed on a server you own or rent, and the database, files and backups stay in your hands.
Runs on your server
The database and files live on a machine you control. We do not host your students’ data.
Encrypted backup every day
A daily copy of the database and files, encrypted with a key only you hold, with a documented and rehearsed restore procedure.
Updates without the risk
New releases arrive signed and are verified before they are installed. If an update does not succeed, the system returns to the previous release by itself.
Every action on record
An audit log shows who changed what and when, and permissions are enforced on the server itself, not only in the interface.

What institute owners ask before they start
On your own server. Institflow is installed on a server you own or rent, and the database, files and backups stay with you. We do not host your students’ data.
